Good News For Atlanta Georgia: Foreclosures Fall

Please Don't Repo Me!

February foreclosures went down in February all across metro-Atlanta, including Gwinnett County. The average decline was 25% from February 2010 and 40% less than January 2010 according to RealtyTrac, the foreclosure tracking company. Nationally foreclosure activity decreased 14% in February from the previous month and 27% from the previous year. Hopefully, this is a great sign of things to come in the Gwinnett County, Georgia real estate market. Remember, it is still a great time to purchase a home! Just call Earl @ 770-377-5793
